Africa does not lack creativity or talent: it lacks the infrastructure required to develop, produce, perform, own and distribute its creative output at global scale. This panel will explore how vertically integrated media cities can close that gap by bringing film and content production, live events, digital infrastructure and sustainable design into one connected ecosystem. Bringing together perspectives from government, development finance, architecture and the creative industries. The discussion will examine how Africa can build the physical, digital and financial infrastructure needed to transform its creativity into globally competitive industries, enduring intellectual property and sustainable economic value.
