Oscar-winning and internationally renowned film talent brought together by their commitment to social justice celebrate the Impact Award 2024. They address the importance of making and recognising films with purpose, and why festivals can play a huge role in setting trends by championing impactful filmmaking. The Impact Award honours a film in the festival’s official selection that through its art and storytelling has the greatest potential to unlock human potential and have a transformative impact on society.
