For the fifth year, the Venice Production Bridge will organise the Venice Immersive Market, located on the Venice Immersive Island (Lazzaretto Vecchio island) gathering all VPB immersive activities. These activities include the presentation of immersive projects of both the Venice Gap-Financing Market and the Biennale College Cinema Immersive through 1-to-1 meetings; panels and networking events; special presentations dedicated to the talents selected as part of the Venice Immersive competition; an exhibition area for institutions, public and private funds supporting VR/XR/AR, manufacturers, production, distribution, sales, VFX, tech suppliers and post-production companies which are connected to immersive content.

The Immersive Island will also feature international stands, allowing attendees to personally experience titles and projects, meet with representatives of supporting firms, and engage with their various services. In 2026, the Venice Immersive Market exhibition area features, for the VPB Focuses, the booths of Switzerland (supported by Swiss Films) and Greece (supported by Hellenic Film and Audiovisual Center - EKKOMED).

On behalf of the Swiss Federal Office of Culture, the promotion agency supports Swiss producers and filmmakers by promoting and marketing their projects while strengthening their international networks and advising them on distribution strategies. SWISS IMMERSION is an initiative developed by SWISS FILMS that aims to strengthen the presence of Swiss immersive projects at international festivals.
