Located at the Venice Immersive Market (Lazzaretto Vecchio Island), the Spazio Incontri Immersivo is suitable for various types of events, such as presentations, press conferences, roundtable discussions, networking sessions, project pitches, and screenings related to the VR/AR/XR industry.

The Spazio Incontri Immersivo is fully furnished with 150 seats, as well as a networking area with high tables and chairs that allow for an informal Q&A and networking session between the panellists and the audience. Our hostesses and stewards and technical support team are also available to assist in ensuring your event runs smoothly.

The Spazio Incontri Immersivo is also conveniently adjacent to the Venice Immersive Terrazza, the VPB exclusive location for receptions at the Venice Immersive Market: the perfect choice if you are interested in pairing your presentation with an informal get-together with F&B.

Videos sent must be 1920x1080, h264 mp4 format. It is also possible to screen Blu Rays, DVDs, USBs, Links and PowerPoint presentations (16/9 ratio).
DCPs are not supported.
