Spazio Incontri at the Hotel Excelsior

Located on the 3rd floor of the Hotel Excelsior, the Spazio Incontri is suitable for various types of events, such as presentations, press conferences, roundtable discussions, networking sessions, project pitches, and screenings.

The Spazio Incontri is fully furnished with 150 seats, as well as a networking area with high tables and chairs that allow for an informal Q&A and networking session between the panellists and the audience. Our hostesses and stewards and technical support team are also available to assist in ensuring your event runs smoothly.

The Spazio Incontri is also conveniently adjacent to the Terrazza dei Fiori and Terrazza dei Limoni, the VPB exclusive locations for receptions at the Hotel Excelsior: the perfect choice if you are interested in pairing your presentation with an informal get-together with F&B.
