Caroline de Chantérac is the head of Sparknews’ cultural programs. She creates programs to sensitive and accompany all kinds of artists and cultural professionals in order to give them the desire to create more inclusive and sustainable artistic creations. She manages the Screens of Tomorrow movement and organises the guide’s deployment to introduce this open source tool to the largest possible number of cinema and audiovisual professionals.

  • Sandra de Bailliencourt (Executive for Impact & Innovative Businesses, the Screens of Tomorrow movement)

Sandra de Bailliencourt’s been working for 20 years on executive management and business development in fast growing industries. She brings her expertise to companies and projects with meaningful goals and positive vision on tomorrow's businesses. She was Sparknews’ managing director for 7 years and initiated the Screens of Tomorrow movement with more than 100 French professionals from the TV and cinema industry.

  • Françoise Guyonnet (Executive Managing Director TV Series, StudioCanal)

Francoise Guyonnet has been Executive Managing Director TV Series at STUDIOCANAL since 2017. She leads STUDIOCANAL’s efforts to develop and create a wealth of high-end scripted series through its growing roster of European production companies and third-party partners in France, UK, Germany, Poland, Spain, and Denmark. Joining STUDIOCANAL in 2006, Francoise has held a number of senior positions within the company including Head of TV, Home Entertainment and New Media for France and EVP Business and Marketing Development. A graduate of Sciences Po Paris (IEP), Francoise began her career at A.C. Nielsen as marketing consultant before joining Warner Music France in 1992 as marketing manager.  She moved to France Télévision Distribution in 1997, where she became Head of Publishing.

  • Paula Alvarez Vaccaro (Producer / Scriptwriter, Pinball London)

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Paula Alvarez Vaccaro is a British/Italian award-winning producer and writer with almost thirty years of experience working in film, TV, online, radio, and printed media in various languages and three continents. Some of her recent career highlights include winning at Venice Film Festival twice: in 2020 as producer and writer of LISTEN, and in 2016 the Young Golden Lion for her production On the Milky Road, directed by Emir Kusturica starring Monica Bellucci.  In 2009 she founded UK production company PINBALL LONDON to bring a multi-cultural and intersectional perspective to its internationally-minded films from both celebrated directors and new filmmakers. Under her leadership, Pinball London has won over ninety international awards and has created narrative and documentary features, series, and animation directed by filmmakers from over 15 countries. Pinball London’s films have launched at most A list festivals around the world. Strongly interested in knowledge transfer and power sharing strategies, Paula has collaborated within the industry as a mentor, speaker, educator, and consultant on film production, pitching, gender issues, social impact strategy, and diversity and inclusion for a variety of clients and organisations. She is a BAFTA and EFA member, a BIFA juror, and a full member of the Writers Guild of Great Britain.

  • Helge Albers (CEO, Moin Film Fund Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein)

Helge Albers, CEO of MOIN Film Fund Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein, has been in the film industry for almost 25 years, from being a student at Filmhochschule Babelsberg to a well awarded producer, including an Oscar nomination for AVE MARIA/short film in 2015. After further steps i.e. managing director of the German association of independent producers (Produzentenverband), he onboarded the regional film fund in April 2019. 

  • Mercedes Fernandez Alonso (Managing Director, TorinoFilmLab)

Born in Lugo - Spain, she graduated in Journalism in Spain (1988) and in Film Studies in Italy (2004). In Spain she collaborated as a journalist with the newspaper Faro de Vigo, the national tv channel TVE in Madrid, and the film magazine Fotogramas (Barcelona). In 1999, she completed a post-graduate course of “Film History & Aesthetics” in Valladolid University (Spain) and received a grant from the EU to collaborate with the Torino Film Festival. She moved to Turin and during the following 6 years she worked in different film festivals: Torino Film Festival, Future Film Festival (Bologna), Turin Int’l GLBT Film Festival, imilleocchi – Festival internazionale del cinema e delle arti (Trieste). From 2005 to 2008 she worked as a production manager in the music booking agency Concerti e Produzioni, and as a tour manager with artists such as Michael Bublè, Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Vinicio Capossela, Sergio Cammariere and Roberto Benigni. She has been working for TorinoFilmLab since its creation in May 2008, and became Managing Director in 2016.
